You can choose between self-service or personal service where you can talk with an advisor, in Swedish or English. Open 24 hours a day. Call 0771-22 11 22 from Sweden or +46 (0)771-22 11 22 from outside the country.

In order to make bank transactions via the telephone you will be required to identify yourself using a personal code. You will receive your code by visiting a branch office or via the Internet bank under the menu option Telefonbanken. You can also identify yourself with BankID.
